He has business transformation experience in leading world-class global firms, including – Pfizer Biopharmaceuticals in Nigeria & France, CMOE-USA, MAG and Business School Netherlands. At Pfizer, he served as Executive Regional Director redesigning, transforming and rebuilding Pfizer afresh from ground zero in Nigeria in 1997 to over 32 African countries within seven years.

A Professor of Agile Organization Transformation who has rich experience serving on the boards of various organisations in the public and private sectors. He is married to an Inspiring Destiny Helper, God’s Masterpiece, and childhood friend – Ife.
